We will discuss ways you can integrate these practices into your lifestyle, while sharing and breaking bread in a community setting. We will take a tour to two stores, to get two know the neighborhood, Vinh Hoa and Viet Hoa,to purchase and access herbs,vegetables and other foods to use for winter preparedness. One hour Walk back to Axis Lab where we will cook, eat, and talk about the how to use and incorporate what we just bought, we will be making three things: Variations of congee, Ginseng chicken, steamed pears and herbal teas.
