Join us in a lesson and discussion about the various ways we can use Asian foods and herbs to warm and sustain us thru the bitter cold of winter. Learn the history and traditions that accompany each recipe, its practical and traditional uses and its value to the Asian identity. We will discuss ways you can integrate these practices into your lifestyle, while sharing and breaking bread in a community setting.
